Endolift is an innovative technology in aesthetic medicine, often known as a non-surgical laser facelift. It is a minimally invasive outpatient laser procedure that is quick, requires no incisions or visible scars, and is usually performed under local anaesthesia. It can help reduce localised fat and skin laxity in areas such as the double chin, jawline, neck and other parts of the body. Its thermal energy stimulates collagen production, helping to tighten tissues, redefine facial contours and improve the appearance of wrinkles and acne scars.
Fraxel® is a non-ablative fractional laser treatment designed to renew deeper layers of the skin. It can help improve sun spots, lentigines, pigmentation irregularities and signs of ageing, while also improving acne scars and certain surgical scars. In addition, it can soften fine lines and wrinkles on the face, neck, décolletage and hands, refine enlarged pores, improve skin texture and reduce the appearance of stretch marks in different areas of the body.

A commitment to healthcare is part of a strong family tradition. The founder of the clinic grew up in an environment shaped by the professional dedication of his parents: Dr Rubén Moscoso Nieto, a specialist in forensic anatomy and pathology with the Peruvian National Police, and Dr Nelly Rosas, an expert in clinical laboratory analysis. His brother, Dr Rubén Moscoso Rosas, also shares this vocation and has training in medicine and surgery, as well as postgraduate studies focused on aesthetic care.

Dr Nelly Rosas, a specialist in clinical laboratory analysis, represents this constant commitment to knowledge, precision and medical responsibility. Growing up in this environment allowed the founder to develop, from an early age, values that are now part of the clinic’s philosophy: medical rigour, personalised care, continuous training and commitment to every patient.
Neuromodulators can be used to reduce the appearance of facial wrinkles. They act as muscle relaxants and are used both in aesthetic treatments, such as wrinkle reduction, and in certain medical conditions including dystonia, hyperhidrosis and chronic migraine. Their mechanism of action temporarily blocks the nerve signals responsible for muscle contraction.
A minimally invasive outpatient laser treatment designed to reduce localised fat and improve skin firmness. Fine laser fibres act directly on fat deposits and the procedure usually requires only local anaesthesia. It can provide visible results, a quick recovery and a more defined body contour without conventional surgery. Areas that may be treated include the abdomen, flanks, back, arms and legs.
