IMSEI CLINIC is a centre specialising in aesthetic medicine, wellness and personal care, with more than 30 years of experience defined by expertise, a close relationship with patients and personalised care. Founded by Dr Héctor Daniel Moscoso Rosas and Dr Rubén Moscoso Rosas, the clinic has grown around an approach to medicine based on professional rigour, trust and a strong commitment to every patient.

A stronger chin, a more defined jawline or a balanced profile: facial masculinisation starts with what you want to express. Hyaluronic acid may help refine selected areas when clinically appropriate.
There is no standard masculine face. We work with your existing features, proportions and preferences, with a plan that can be subtle or more noticeable according to your goals.
Botulinum toxin can soften suitable expression lines by reducing the activity of selected facial muscles. We assess forehead lines, frown lines and crow’s feet while discussing the movement and expression you want to retain.
The effect develops over the following days. Tell us your travel dates so treatment and review can be planned sensibly, rather than immediately before a big night out.
Hyaluronic acid can restore support or refine selected facial features, from the cheeks and chin to the lips and jawline. The aim is balance that respects your proportions and the way you want to look.
Whether you prefer subtle refinement or stronger definition, we assess your anatomy and agree a considered approach. Allow time for initial swelling, settling and a review.
A more defined lower face, with a plan built around your anatomy. Facial endolifting uses a fine laser fibre beneath the skin and may help selected patients address localised fat and skin laxity around the jawline, chin or neck.

A commitment to healthcare is part of a strong family tradition. The founder of the clinic grew up in an environment shaped by the professional dedication of his parents: Dr Rubén Moscoso Nieto, a specialist in forensic anatomy and pathology with the Peruvian National Police, and Dr Nelly Rosas, an expert in clinical laboratory analysis. His brother, Dr Rubén Moscoso Rosas, also shares this vocation and has training in medicine and surgery, as well as postgraduate studies focused on aesthetic care.

Dr Nelly Rosas, a specialist in clinical laboratory analysis, represents this constant commitment to knowledge, precision and medical responsibility. Growing up in this environment allowed the founder to develop, from an early age, values that are now part of the clinic’s philosophy: medical rigour, personalised care, continuous training and commitment to every patient.

Concerned about thinning hair or reduced density? Start with an assessment of your scalp and medical history. PRP uses a preparation from your own blood and may form part of a plan for selected types of hair loss.
Hair care requires continuity. If you live abroad or spend the winter in Maspalomas, we will discuss how treatment and follow-up can fit your stays in Gran Canaria.
For selected areas of localised body fat, laser-assisted contouring may be an option after a medical assessment. We discuss your goals, suitability, the procedure and realistic recovery before recommending a plan.
It is not a weight-loss shortcut or a last-minute party treatment. If you are staying longer, there may be more flexibility to arrange preparation and follow-up.
For skin texture, selected pigmentation concerns and acne scars, Fraxel fractional laser can be part of a personalised skin-renewal plan. Your skin type, sun exposure and goals guide the recommendation.
